Events with No Participant Fees
No fee for event set-up
No per registrant fee for free events
Events Charging Participants
1-200 registrants - $4.00/Registrant
201-500 registrants - $3.75/Registrant
501-1000 registrants - $3.50/Registrant
1001 and up - $3.00/Registrant
There is a 3.5% processing fee for all registrations charged to a credit card. For refunds, there is a per registrant fee.
Event Cancellation Fee
If the department/organization cancels the event, the organization will pay the per registrant fees as listed in the event agreement with a cancellation fee of $50.
